The JRL-MBR-35 is a submerged hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membrane module intended for membrane bioreactor configurations. Its reinforced PVDF fibers have a stated nominal pore size of 0.03 μm and an inner/outer diameter of 1.0/2.0 mm.
Each module provides 35 m² of effective membrane area and has stated dimensions of 1250 × 30 × 2000 mm with a dry weight of 15.9 kg. Published operating parameters include a maximum operating flux of 25 LMH, backwash flux of at least 30 LMH, and operating transmembrane pressure of 0.05 MPa.
The stated operating ranges are pH 2–11 and 5–40°C, while the listed chemical-cleaning pH range is 1–14. Na. ClO tolerance is stated as 5,000 ppm.
