Yangzhou PJEP Oem Service Professional Type Sand Water Spiral Grit Separator The WSF sand-water separator is a light-weight sand-water separator, which is mainly used to further separate the sand-water mixture discharged from the cyclone grit settler and other equipments.
It is generally suitable for domestic sewage treatment projects;generally it adopts a shaftless structure. The LSF sand-water separator is a heavy-duty (large amount of sand, bigger proportion) sand-water separation equipment.
It is mainly used in industrial wastewater treatment systems such as steel plants and chemical plants. It is used to continuously separate the oxide scale in the wastewater and the sand produced during the flushing process , generally it adopts shaft structure.
WSF type and LSF type generally adopt steel monolithic structure. Detailed Photos Working Principle The sand-water mixture firstly enters the sand-water separation tank for sand-water separation. The water overflows out of the tank and the sand settles to the bottom of the tank.
The rotating screw shaft conveys the sand along the 25° spiral groove to the top discharge port, and the sand is further separated during the conveying process, so as to ensure that the water content of the sand at the discharge port is not greater than 60%. .
It adopts screw conveying, no underwater bearing, light weight and easy maintenance. . Utilizing newest speed reducer, compact structure, stable operation and easy installation. . U-shaped groove is lined with flexible wear-resistant liner, low noise, easy to replace. .
The whole machine is simple to install and easy to operate.
