The TDL series is polypropylene meltblown filter media supplied in rolls for liquid-filtration manufacturing. The available range includes classic micro-grade media, TDL-II micro-grade media, and uncalendered coarse grades.
Listed configurations span fine through coarse filtration, allowing buyers to compare pore size, basis weight, permeability, thickness, roll length, and available width. Classic micro-grade models TDL-1 through TDL-10 have listed mean pore sizes of 1–10 μm, 500 m roll lengths, and widths of 10, 20, or 40 inches.
Their listed basis weights range from 50 to 100 g/m², while thickness varies by grade from 0.13 to 0.20 mm. TDL-II models extend the listed fine-grade range from 0.4–0.6 μm to 5.0–7.0 μm.
